Industrial floors, installed around your production.
Tiepro® interlocking PVC tiles dry-lay over your existing floor and repair one tile at a time, with no shutdown, no curing and no recoat cycle.
Not just a tile supplier — an engineering company that solves floors.
CAMP Manufacturing builds engineered, interlocking floors for Indian industry, matched to the load they actually carry and installed bay by bay so your plant never stops. We treat the floor as an operating decision, not a product you pour and forget: the one asset every factory uses every minute and no one budgets for until it fails.
Built on 15+ years of industrial manufacturing experience and made in India, we bring the same engineering discipline to flooring that we bring to our custom machined parts, diagnosing the floor before we quote it, documenting what we specify, and standing behind it in writing.
“The floor that keeps you running.”
Talk to our engineersOne tile, engineered for the floor your operation actually runs on.
It's a modular interlocking system rather than a coating you pour and hope over, matched to your traffic, your substrate and your compliance, then installed bay by bay while you keep working.

The modular floor
A proprietary jigsaw / loop-pin interlock over concrete or sound epoxy. No adhesive, no cure time, held to ±0.2 mm. MOQ 3,000 sq ft.

Coin & stud grip
Stud · plain · leather · coin · glossy · matte.

Safety underfoot
R10 on the oil-wetted ramp test (mean 18.7°), certified across the range. Texture is moulded in, not a coating that wears off.

Zone your floor in colour
Mark walkways, bays and hazard lines in the tile itself, not paint that wears off.

Built to the load
Four 5 mm load builds, then heavier gauges for continuous forklift and reach-truck duty. Skirting and ramps finish the edge.
Four things a bonded floor can't do.
Installs around production, with no shutdown
Dry-laid with no adhesive and no curing: 2,000 to 3,000 sq ft a shift, bay by bay. Lay it Friday, run the line Monday. A coated floor makes you stop; Tiepro doesn't.
Repairs one tile at a time
Damage on an epoxy floor is a re-grind-and-recoat project. On a Tiepro floor it's a five-minute swap: lift the tile, drop a new one, keep moving. No recoat, no closure.
Stays your asset, even on a rented shed
Bonded floors belong to the landlord. A Tiepro floor lifts and relocates when your lease ends or your layout changes. You keep what you paid for.
Recyclable at end of life
Most floors end in a skip. Tiepro ends in a recycler, even after 10+ years, and it's lead-free at 0.007 ppm across every grade.
We don't sell a thickness. We match the grade to your load.
Load is grade × thickness, site-qualified. Every grade carries its own load fit, fire class and warranty, documented with your quotation.
| Grade | Traffic it carries | Fire class | Anti-slip | Warranty |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 mm grade ladder · four load builds | ||||
| Commercial | Pedestrian & light foot traffic | Not fire-rated | — | — |
| Standard | + Light trolley movement | FR · LOI 25–27% | R10 | 2 years |
| Premium | + Pallet trucks / forklift | EN 45545 HL1 · LOI 28–30% | R10 | 3 years |
| Super-Premium | Heavy pallet + forklift | EN 45545 HL2 · LOI 30–32% | R10 | 5 years |
| Heavier gauges · single grade each | ||||
| 7 mm | Medium forklift duty | FR++ / FRLS · HL1 | R10 | 7 years |
| 10 mm · Heavy Duty | Heavy forklift / reach truck / dock | FR++ / FRLS · HL1 | R10 | 10 years |
| XHD · Extra Heavy Duty | Very heavy, continuous forklift | FR++ / FRLS · HL2 | R10 | up to 10 yrs |
Forklift, point and dynamic loads are qualified per site. Certifications (RoHS/REACH, UV, ESD) are grade-tiered. Request your product-specific terms with your quotation.

We'll tell you when epoxy is the right call.
We diagnose before we recommend. Sometimes a sound epoxy coat genuinely is the better answer, and we'll say so, even when it isn't us.
A rate without seeing your floor is a guess. Send photos; we diagnose first.
The only industrial floor that's still an asset on the day you remove it.
Dry-laid, tool-free interlock: lift the tiles and take them to your next site, or sell them on. A bonded epoxy floor has zero resale value -- it is demolished and land-filled with the shed.

We diagnose & match the grade
We read the substrate and traffic and recommend honestly, including when epoxy fits better.
We install bay by bay
Over your existing floor, no adhesive, no cure time. Your line keeps running.
Documented handover

What buyers say once the floor is down.
I love the quality of the floor tiles and they are so easy to clean. The flooring also looks great and is a good value for the price. I recommend these tiles for people who need a quick and easy way to cover a large area in a warehouse or garage.
Tiepro is a great choice for industrial flooring or commercial flooring. I love that the tiles are easy to use… easy to clean and maintain. I use these tiles in my warehouse and they are very durable.
This is a great product for warehouse flooring. I love that these tiles install and remove without adhesive or fastener, which makes it easy to replace when they wear down. A durable flooring product that’s perfect for warehouse and workshop flooring.
